ResponsibilitiesEducation & Experience – You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
AND 2-4 years previous related experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a banking environment OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Recommended Certifications – NMLS (within 1 year of employment)
Skills- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- Solid technical skills, including comfort with banking systems and digital tools
- Active listening and customer service mindset
