Project Financial Specialist

We are seeking a Project Financial Specialist to join the team at American Process Management (APM), an Argano company as a long-term member of our team. APM uses our proprietary process to bring real-time analytics and financial analysis to large-scale industrial capital projects ranging from $100 million to over $3 billion in total cost.

• Perform invoice reconciliation and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Prepare and manage Purchase Requisition s (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain and organize procurement and financial documentation in SharePoint.
• Track and report monthly accruals, ensuring accurate month-end financial reporting.
• Monitor PO expenditures, commitments, and close dates to ensure timely and accurate PO closeout.
• Support tracking and reporting of capital equipment costs.
• Assist with project cost tracking.

• Proficient computer skills and computer software (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Experience in PO management and invoice reconciling process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
