A successful Wax Specialist with our company believes that they work for their guests. We take pride in caring about each other and providing the toolbox to success. The Wax Specialist drives their own book of business by following our training processes, educating each guest, analyzing skin types, recommending complementary services and products, and advising after‑care and wax frequency to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest.

• Current Cosmetology or Esthetician License from the state of Alabama
• Demonstrated sales experience in a commission‑based setting
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions
• Strong organizational, task management, and time management skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced environments
• Flexible schedule: 32-38 hours a week with the ability to work evening and weekend shifts
• A positive, friendly, enthusiastic, and personable demeanor with solid communication skills
• Ability to manage productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved
