Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient care skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Pharmacist Responsibilities

Dispense medications and verify prescriptions for accuracy and clinical appropriateness

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Monitor patient medication therapies and provide drug information to the healthcare team

Ensure compliance with hospital pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Participate in medication reconciliation, patient education, and clinical pharmacy initiatives
