Position Overview:

Laundry Assistant. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Assistant to help maintain clean, sanitary, and well-organized linens and clothing for our residents. This role plays a vital part in infection control, resident comfort, and maintaining a welcoming, home-like environment.

• Wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and resident clothing
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Sort and handle laundry according to facility guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Report maintenance or equipment issues promptly
• Support a clean, comfortable environment for residents

• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to operate laundry equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable with a positive attitude
