Description and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Relief Counselor to work with adults who have developmental and intellectual challenges. The role involves providing direct support care, ensuring daily living needs are met, and maintaining a safe and inspiring environment.

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered treatment plans and play a lead role in the daily implementation plans.
• Assist individuals to access and/or provide transportation.
• Implement activities that create opportunities for the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Base Rate: USD $17.50/Hrs.
