Caregiver, Direct Support Professional​/ Direct Care, Home Care

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll join a mission-driven team to help people grow, learn, and live well.

Position:
Part‑time Caregiver – hourly pay $18.63 per hour.

Monday–Friday 6:00 AM‑9:00 AM; every other weekend 6:00 AM‑2:00 PM.

• Provide personal hygiene and assistance to participants.
• Support individuals with behavioural challenges and complex needs.
• Help participants participate in community activities.
• Assist with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Maintain a positive, supportive environment and demonstrate ownership and trust.

• Pay on demand.

• High school diploma not required.
• Preferred: six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.

• Valid driver’s licence required for at least one year and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
