To design, coordinate, and implement staff education, training programs, competency assessments, professional development, and quality audit processes within the assigned department.
Education & ExperienceDegree (Associate's or Bachelor's) and 2 years of revenue cycle experience

Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesDemonstrate highly engaging facilitation skills in a variety of learning environments to ensure effectiveness and accuracy in engaging audiences with diverse skill sets and learning needs. Demonstrated ability to perform and maintain working relationships within the department and across all business units to foster a team environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills required. Healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook).
Responsibilities- Coordinates and delivers targeted training for new and existing employees to meet both initial and ongoing educational and competency requirements within the assigned area, in alignment with departmental standards.
- Monitors employee test scores to ensure compliance with departmental qualifications and standards.
- Develops class schedules and maintains educational tracking records for ongoing staff training.
- Assesses training needs within the assigned area and recommends process improvements.
- Collaborates in the development and revision of training materials and programs to enhance effectiveness.
- Prepares and conducts presentations, demonstrations, and special training sessions as needed.
- Regularly audits departmental quality and productivity, analyzes findings, and recommends targeted educational remediation.
- Participates in performance improvement initiatives.
- Provides on-site auditing, monitoring, and workflow support to ensure adherence to revenue cycle best practices.
- Coordinates and schedules on-the-job and refresher training in collaboration with employees and management.
