Location: Wadley
Comfort Creek Nursing & Rehab Center in Wadley, GA invites dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with flexible scheduling to support work‑life balance and professional growth.
Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will deliver skilled therapies to help residents improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence within our subacute and skilled nursing setting.
