We’re a heart‑led, privately owned home care agency seeking dedicated PCAs, CNAs, and Nursing Assistants who are ready to make a meaningful difference.

Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification is required. Applicants must provide a hard or digital copy of their certificate/license on or before the interview.

$16.00 – $18.50 per hour, based on credentials and experience. Complete your training and earn an extra $0.50/hr!

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes
• Prepare simple meals
• Provide medication reminders
• Follow care plans and communicate with families

• Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification (Required – No Exceptions)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
• Strong communication skills
• Team‑oriented mindset
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
