Location: Harvest
Hello. I am looking for someone to provide care for my mom. The times are 11 a.m. or 12 p.m. through 4 p.m. or 5 p.m. (5 hours) and 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please see below for a description of duties.
Daytime Shift (11:00 a.m./12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m./5:00 p.m.)- Take and record vitals
- Brief change and get her dressed
- Hoyer or manual lift into wheelchair and take her to the dining area
- Provide her meds and meal
- Sit with her and do light cleaning
- Return her to bed after 3 hours
- She will rest for an hour
- Provide her meal
- Take and record vitals
- Brief change and change clothes
- Provide her meds
