Caregiver / Personal Care Aide

Join our compassionate team as a Caregiver / Personal Care Aide, where you will play a vital role in supporting clients with their daily living activities. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need, providing personalized non-medical care in a respectful and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Follow each client’s individual care plan to deliver tailored support
  • Provide supervision and companionship to ensure clients’ safety and well-being
  • Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in client condition
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and encouraging environment for clients
Skills and

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in caregiving, personal care, or a related field preferred
  • Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude
  • Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or related training is a plus

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old, High School Graduate, able to pass a urine drug screen and background check and complete required competency training
