L'EHPAD Au Bon Accueil, an establishment of human scale located in Iffendic, is recruiting a psychologist on a part-time basis (20% – 1 day per week) to support residents, their families, and teams. Here, each professional is considered, supported, and encouraged to practice their profession with meaning and serenity. As a psychologist, you will contribute to the quality of life of residents and the support of teams by carrying out the following missions:

Conduct psychological assessments and participate in the development of personalized support plans

Provide individual follow-up of residents according to their needs and psychological state

Support families through the different stages of the establishment journey and offer a listening space

Provide support and expertise to multidisciplinary teams in the analysis of complex situations

Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to ethical reflection around professional practices

Be a driving force in the continuous improvement of the quality of support

Profile sought:

Master 2 in Psychology and registration in the ADELI or RPPSU registry

Experience in gerontology or in a medical social establishment would be appreciated, but applications from young graduates are carefully considered

Excellent listening, communication, and professional discretion skills

Ability to work independently while fully integrating into a multidisciplinary team

Sense of commitment, benevolence, and desire to contribute to a human and personalized support

Conditions offered:

Position at 20% (1 day per week – day to be defined according to availability)

Fixed-term contract with possibility of permanence

Remuneration according to status and experience
