Location
Hematology and Oncology Clinic, Main Campus, Lowder Building
ScheduleFull‑time, Day Shift, Monday‑Friday, 8:00‑4:30.
SummaryWorks under the supervision of licensed nursing staff to provide assistive care and communication for patients and their families in outpatient specialty clinics. Supports team members, professional and technical staff, and visitors, and contributes to efficient clinic operations.
Candidate Qualifications- At least one of the following:
- Six months of patient care experience within the last two years.
- Enrollment in a medical‑related college program with clinical rotation.
- CNA, CMA, PCT, or EMT certification.
- Basic Life Support (Essential)
- High School Diploma Graduate or Equivalent (Essential)
- Non‑essential: 1 year job experience as staff level in patient care support or equivalent qualifications, including any of the following certifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant
- Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA)
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant
- Certified Medical Assistant (ARMA)
- Certified Patient Care Technician
- Certified Emergency Medical Technician (ADPH)
