Enhabit Home Health - - Responsibilities:
Assist patients in the home to develop daily living skills and basic motor functions under supervision;
Implement treatments to improve patients' functional abilities and compensate for loss of function;
Support OT goals and help integrate therapy into the patient’s daily routine at home;
Adhere to patient care plans and maintain accurate documentation of progress;
Collaborate with supervising occupational therapists and care team to coordinate patient care
