URGENT need, ASAP starts only. OP and Home Health. Outpatient experience is preferred. Will accept first time travelers? Yes. Thirty-six hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to forty hours. OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked. Float to other clinics:
Yes (Blankenbaker, Clarksville, Okolona, Fern Creek, Central Station, Auburndale). Patient population: typical ortho, PH treated in clinic, vestibular. Productivity expectation is sixty visits per week; will see twelve to fourteen patients per day. Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
