Therapists provide one‑on‑one services to older adults in their communities, with flexibility to shape schedules and a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes.

• Valid physical therapy license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to apply
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Basic computer literacy skills

In New Jersey, the standard base pay range for a full‑time role is $70,000 – $102,000 annually, with additional earnings possible. Part‑time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro‑rated.
