Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Jacksonville, AL where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. • Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active state PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. (Client note: Outpatient experience is preferred.)
• Must be eligible and willing to float to other clinics as needed.
• Must be able to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week and the ability to see 12–14 patients per day, including double-booked follow-up visits.
• Must be able to work a guaranteed 36-hour workweek with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. OT must be approved by the director before OT hours are worked.
• PT-specific hiring notes: PTA candidates are not accepted. First-time travelers and new graduates will be considered.

• Previous outpatient clinic or orthopedic caseload experience preferred.
• Experience working on travel or multi-clinic teams is preferred.

• Shift: Days.
• Float to other clinics as required.
• Option to work in this clinic or a neighboring clinic as part of a travel team.
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
• Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week; anticipate seeing 12–14 patients per day.
