Registered Dietitian
Location: Vernon, AL
Company: Nutrire Nutrition Services
Hours: 32-40hrs/week
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietitian to join our team at Nutrire Nutrition Services!
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling to patients with a variety of dietary needs and restrictions
- Conduct assessments and monitor patient progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes
- MDS section K and Care plan development
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to incorporate dietetic recommendations into patient care plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or related field
- Accreditation by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Licensed dietitian or DTR in AL
- (1) years of experience in dietetics (Long-term care experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
