  • Deliver exceptional, evidence-based care that helps patients achieve their functional goals.
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and injury prevention.
  • Manage a diverse caseload while maintaining high standards of clinical quality and patient experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners to provide coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

What You Bring
  • Current Physical Therapist license, or anticipated completion of DPT program requirements and licensing examinations within six months.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
  • Desire to continuously learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Compensation:
Base compensation starts at $85,000 - $100,000+, with a total compensation package of $96,000 - $111,000+ depending on experience and fit. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses may be available.
