We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced full‑time Pharmacist to join our dynamic healthcare team in Birmingham, AL. • Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with ARMS policy and Alabama state laws
• Supervise and mentor Pharmacy Technicians and PRN Technicians
• Dispense medications with a strong commitment to patient safety and organizational procedures
• Monitor pharmacy trends, optimize 340B opportunities, and pursue revenue-enhancing initiatives
• Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations, Joint Commission standards, and safety protocols
• Lead the development of pharmacy marketing plans and educational outreach efforts
• Support business development and community pharmacy programs
• Conduct regular inventory control, including timely removal of expired medications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BS Pharm or PharmD)
• Active license to practice pharmacy in the state of Alabama
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience
• Previous supervisory or management experience strongly preferred

• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and compliance standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Must be computer literate
