Crisis Services in Buffalo, NY is hiring a Mobile Outreach Intake Worker to join our Emergency Mental Health Response Services team. You will perform intake screenings, coordinate referrals, and follow up by phone to support client safety and crisis diversion.
Ideal candidates hold a 2-year degree in a human services field, have experience in mental health settings, and can work 4x10 hour days, Wednesday through Saturday, 11:00am–9:00pm. Compensation is hourly with benefits and union membership.
