Admissions Service Representative

Location: Aliceville

Greet patients and visitors promptly and professionally upon arrival.

Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment.

Check patients in and out while accurately verifying demographics, insurance, and other required information.

Review daily schedules to help ensure efficient patient flow.

Coordinate and manage the walk-in schedule.

Assist with front-office administrative duties as needed.

Maintain accurate patient information and ensure confidentiality of patient records.

Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and staff.

Support the overall operations of the clinic and help ensure a positive patient experience.

Knowledge of medical terminology and the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Strong knowledge of general office practices and procedures, including basic computer functions and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in stressful or high-pressure situations.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse social, cultural, and economic backgrounds.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Ability to train, teach, and support ASR staff in the effective use of the EMR system, office equipment, and related technology.

Strong attention to detail, dependability, and a commitment to providing excellent patient service.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
