Location: Cropwell
Compassus is seeking a Hospice Social Worker to support patients and families with psychosocial care within an interdisciplinary team. You will explain hospice services, coordinate care across IDT, and ensure compliant documentation and planning in a compassionate, inclusive environment.
The role requires an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program with healthcare experience and state licensure such as LMSW/LCSW/LICSW. Bachelor’s in social work may be considered where supervision is available.
