Legacy Senior Living - 1116 James Hopkins Road Southwest - Responsibilities:
Provide quality care and assistance to residents in accordance with Legacy’s philosophy, policies, and resident rights;
Follow each resident’s individualized service plan and promptly notify supervisors of changes in condition;
Assist residents with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living;
Check on residents regularly and document observations accurately every two hours;
Escort residents to meals and activities and assist as needed to ensure comfort and enjoyment
