Physical Therapist; PT; Licensed

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in the state of Alabama to work in SNF / LTC settings. This is a contract 8x5 position. The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into job performance.

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in SNF / LTC
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice
