In-Home Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Are you a compassionate, reliable caregiver or certified nursing assistant who loves making a direct impact in your local community? We are seeking dedicated Caregivers and CNAs to provide high-quality in-home care to individuals in Duncanville, AL and the surrounding areas.

Whether you are helping a senior maintain their independence at home or supporting someone recovering from illness, your work ensures our clients live safely and comfortably.

• Personal Care:
  Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Companionship:
  Provide supportive emotional care, conversation, and mental stimulation.
• Household Support:
  Assist with meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Health Monitoring:
  Observe and report changes in client health, physical condition, or behavior to family members or supervising staff.
• Daily Assistance:
  Help with medication reminders, running essential errands, or accompanying clients to local appointments.

• Certification:
  Active Alabama CNA certification preferred (Non-certified Caregivers with relevant direct care experience are also encouraged to apply).
• Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Physical ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed for client transfers.
