We have 3 charming memory care communities in Caldwell that are looking to expand our NOC (overight) Shift team.
NOC shift runs 10p-6a. We are looking for full-time Monday thru Thursday and Monday thru Friday schedules. Also open to part-time or PRN!

As a Caregiver at Ashley Manor
, you’ll be the friendly, compassionate presence helping residents with daily routines and emotional well-being. This role blends purpose, connection, and growth in a supportive, small-home environment.

• Assist with personal care: grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting
• Serve meals and help with feeding as needed
• Support residents’ medication routines and monitor their well-being
• Maintain a clean, safe, cozy living space
• Engage residents in meaningful, uplifting activities
• Keep accurate, thoughtful records to ensure quality care

• Age 18+(or 17 with a CNA certificate in Idaho); pass criminal background check
• Certified in First Aid, CPR
• Able to lift ~35 lbs and committed to continuous improvement
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Have or obtain (first 45 days) Certified in Medication Assistance

• CNA certification or cooking experience for groups
• Prior caregiving in assisted living or community service experience
• Passion for enriching the lives of older adults
