- Perform routine floor cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques for different floor types.
- Address spills, stains, and accidents promptly to maintain a safe environment.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure consistent cleanliness throughout the property.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs related to flooring promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and address their concerns regarding floor care.
- Previous experience in floor care, janitorial services, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with various floor types and their cleaning requirements.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and techniques.
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify and address cleanliness issues.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move heavy objects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
