Niseko Black was established in 2010 as a luxury travel and concierge service, built on a strong network of high-end clients and word-of-mouth reputation for delivering exceptional inbound concierge experiences. In 2012, Niseko Black Snow sports was launched, followed by Niseko Black Property Management in 2018, expanding our services to meet the evolving needs of our clients while maintaining the same high standards.

About

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-house dining experiences for guests, ensuring every meal is prepared to the highest standard.

Main tasks
  • Prepare and cook high-quality breakfasts, dinners, and bespoke dining experiences
  • Provide private chef services at Niseko Black properties and partner hotels across Niseko
  • Plan menus and accommodate dietary requirements and special requests
  • Present dishes with exceptional attention to detail and consistency
  • Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and uphold the highest food safety and hygiene standards
  • Work closely with the Concierge team to coordinate guest dining experiences
  • Support additional duties as required to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
  • Previous experience as a chef in restaurants, hotels, private dining, or luxury hospitality
  • Passion for creating exceptional food using fresh, high-quality ingredients
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work independently while delivering consistently high standards
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays during the winter season
