• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the catering department.

• Implement innovative strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee logistical planning of events, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors for seamless execution.
