• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
• Oversees the daily operation of the Environmental Services Department, including work assignments, staffing, productivity, and service standards.
• Leads, coaches, and develops EVS Team Members and leadership staff to ensure consistent execution of departmental standards.
• Performs detailed operational inspections to identify cleanliness, service, safety, and process improvement opportunities.
• Establishes and maintains cleaning standards, procedures, schedules, and quality‑control programs for assigned areas.
• Monitors daily operations and ensures EVS services are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in accordance with established standards.
• Develops and supports the annual departmental budget and business plan. Monitors expenses, supplies, equipment, labor, and other operational costs to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
• Ensures appropriate staffing levels and scheduling strategies to effectively manage labor costs while maintaining outstanding guest service.
• Interviews, hires, trains, schedules, appraises, coaches, counsels, and supervises directly assigned personnel. Oversees the same for indirect reports.
• Develops, administers, and completes action plans related to Guest Satisfaction, Team Member Satisfaction, operational performance, and financial performance.
• Serves as a key point of contact for guest feedback related to cleanliness and environmental services and ensures timely follow‑up and resolution.
• Ensures compliance with administrative policies, procedures, safety rules, health regulations, and applicable sanitation standards.
