• Have a well‑rounded knowledge of the policies and procedures for the work area.
• Work may require discretion and independent judgment on non‑routine matters, but primarily involves routine activities.
• Can make policy recommendations to managers and serve as an escalation point for less experienced team members.
• Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment and repair on desktops and notebooks, including printers.
• May respond to calls after normal business hours per leader instructions.
• Identify potential issues that could impact end‑user experience and take corrective action.
• Update and resolve tickets in a timely manner to achieve service levels.

• 3+ years of desktop support experience, including hardware support and Windows operating systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Solid client‑service skills.
• A+ desktop and hardware platform certifications are preferred.
• Ability to perform general office physical requirements.
• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.
