What Drives SuccessAs a Lead Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of both ERP (SAP) and Field Service Management (IFS Cloud) solutions that transform business processes, productivity, and overall customer experience. You will work closely with business and technical teams to identify needs, define system requirements, and ensure successful implementation of ERP and Field Service Management solutions.
WHATYOU'LL BE DOING
- Solution Design and Delivery – Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Use knowledge of business processes and related systems to design efficient solutions that meet business needs and conform to enterprise standards. Perform system configuration changes and coordinate development efforts.
- Business Process Improvement – Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Define changes to IT solutions that will improve productivity, reduce operating costs, or enhance customer experience.
- Testing – Perform unit tests, create test plans, and coordinate testing to ensure solutions meet requirements. Ensure compliance with security and accessibility standards.
- Stakeholder Communication – Act as a liaison between business and IT throughout the entire lifecycle. Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure all parties are aligned and informed.
- Project Management – Define project timelines and coordinate implementation efforts to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Work with resource managers to secure required resources and facilitate demand planning and workload prioritization.
- Post‑Implementation Support – Ensure solutions meet objectives by monitoring system performance and providing ongoing support.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 8 years of ERP or FSM project implementation experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience leading full lifecycle ERP or FSM project implementations.
- Strong functional understanding of both ERP and FSM processes and concepts.
- Proven experience designing end‑to‑end solutions that drive operational efficiencies.
- Demonstrated ability to produce functional specifications for deliverables of varying size, from small enhancements to large projects.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, strategic thinking, and proficiency at addressing complex challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from end users to senior management.
- Working knowledge of SAP SD, MM, CS, LO, FI processes and data structures preferred.
- Working knowledge of middleware solutions and integration concepts a plus.
- IFS Cloud for Field Service Management or similar FSM platform a plus.
This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $110,000 - $144,900 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
