Applied Research Solutions is looking for an Azure Help Desk - Operations & Maintenance Support Specialist to provide critical technical support in a government environment. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 3 years of help desk experience.
The ideal candidate should possess an active TS/SCI security clearance, excellent customer service skills, and hands-on experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies. This role will focus on troubleshooting and managing complex technical issues while ensuring positive user experiences.
