Scrum Master - Senior

Job Description

Scrum Master - Senior with an active Secret Clearance, located at Maxwell Air Force Base, AL, full-time.

Position is contingent upon contract award. The Scrum Master will lead agile development projects, facilitate scrum ceremonies, support configuration management, assist with technical documentation, work with QA, and act as escalation point during the project lifecycle.

• Lead day‑to‑day scrum ceremonies including release planning, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Facilitate communication between technical leadership and project teams.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and project standards.
• Support configuration management activities and maintain baselines.
• Assist with technical documentation, create test plans, and track issues.
• Serve as a point of escalation for process‑related decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions following detailed Agile instructions.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Minimum 8 years of experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.

• Business degree.
• Certified Scrum Master / Professional Scrum Master experience on DoD programs.
