Systems Analyst, IT Consultant, IT Project Manager
Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Scrum Master with Top Secret Security clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer in Vienna, VA.

Responsibilities- Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as Kanban, Standups and Retrospectives.
- Facilitate discussions between the Government Leads, Tech Leads, Program Manager, Engineers and other stakeholders.
- Identify and remove blockers to team success while resolving conflict.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to keep abreast of task updates and issue resolutions.
- Track JIRA ticket statuses including upcoming, late and priority tickets.
- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters.
- Guide teams in Kanban methodology processes.
- Effectively communicate relevant project information to team members and stakeholders.
- At least two years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an operational environment where priorities change frequently.
- Expertise in proactively identifying and resolving blockers, organizing sprint releases and superior organizational skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence and MS Office tools.
Top Secret Security clearance
Education- Bachelor’s degree in related field
