Location: Edgemont
Naph Care, Inc. seeks an IT Help Desk Support Specialist (3rd Shift) for our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, AL. The role is Sunday through Thursday, 10pm–7am, on-site.
You will be first point of contact for end-users, triaging issues, and escalating to upper tiers while maintaining professional communication. Responsibilities include remote troubleshooting, Windows/hardware support, and handling tickets with our ITSM tools.
