We are looking for individuals who speak both Chinese Mandarin and English fluently and are looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the community by helping those who do not speak English. If you meet the requirements listed below and are looking for the flexibility of working on an as-needed basis, we are interested in seeing your resume.
This Is for In-Person Interpreting Requirements- Have informal or professional interpretation experience
- Are fluent in both Chinese Mandarin and English
- Prefer: interpreting or language proficiency certification
- Prefer: 6 months or more experience
- No experience required (you will need to pass training and testing)
- Have at least a two-year degree (or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience) required
Community interpreting experience is preferred.
