We are seeking a highly organized and driven Project Coordinator to support our Post-Frame operations. This position requires the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining a high standard of execution.

• Coordinate and schedule all garage door installations
• Maintain and update project timelines and completion calendars
• Ensure all jobs are properly sequenced and aligned for efficient execution

• Work closely with Shipping to schedule material deliveries
• Ensure materials are ready and aligned with build schedules
• Adjust schedules as needed based on lead times and job readiness

• Identify scheduling conflicts, material gaps, or execution risks early
• Take initiative to resolve issues quickly and keep projects moving
• Maintain composure and clarity under pressure

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong communication skills across teams and customers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
• Construction or building materials experience preferred
