We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong organizational and communication skills. While logistics experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and work ethic.

• Assist the Manager of Logistics Coordination with daily Final Mile Delivery Service operations.
• Provide timely updates on projects and billing activities.
• Research and analyze bids and quotes for customer accounts.
• Support logistics operations and service needs.
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving issues efficiently.

• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent data entry and computer skills.
• Exceptional spelling, grammar, and written communication.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Stable work history with a demonstrated commitment to previous employers.
• Logistics or transportation experience is preferred but not required.
