Parts Associate

H&R Agri-Power, a leading agricultural equipment dealership, is seeking a Parts Associate to support our Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement team. In this on-site role, you will assist customers and technicians with identifying and sourcing parts for farm, lawn, and construction equipment, using electronic parts catalogs and dealership systems. Responsibilities include receiving and stocking inventory, picking and shipping orders, maintaining accurate counts, and ensuring a clean, safe parts department.

You'll work closely with service and sales teams, delivering friendly, reliable support in our family-oriented, customer-first culture, with training and growth opportunities in the agricultural equipment industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians with identifying and sourcing correct parts for agricultural equipment
• Use electronic parts catalogs and dealership systems to look up, quote, and invoice parts
• Receive, stock, and organize parts inventory to maintain accurate counts and proper labeling
• Pick, pack, and ship parts orders accurately and on time
• Monitor backorders and communicate status updates to customers and internal teams
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts counter and warehouse area
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits to reduce shrink and improve accuracy
• Collaborate closely with service, sales, and logistics teams to meet customer needs
• Follow all company safety policies and equipment handling procedures
• Provide friendly, professional service aligned with H&R Agri-Power's family-oriented, customer-first culture
