We are looking to hire a skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain the hotel and its equipment. Responsibilities include installing new equipment, conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting faults, removing aging equipment, and training staff on operating procedures.

• Always approach all interactions with guests and employees in a friendly and service-oriented manner by maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Promote a positive and caring work environment by addressing and resolving conflict calmly and calmly.
• Patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel to observe and identify potential security and safety risks.
• Maintain order in the hotel, cooperating with guests and coordinating expedient response to emergencies such as fire and other safety hazards.
• Inspect equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and conduct routine maintenance.
• Service and replace old or faulty equipment.
• Remove old equipment and install new machines.
• Provide technical support and training on new equipment.
• Be familiar with all applicable laws and codes to ensure compliance.
• Memorize and monitor life‑safety systems, including accurate building layout, standpipe locations, fire extinguisher locations, complete alarm reports, and record any pertinent information from each shift.
• Provide accurate information to inquirers for directions and hours of operation.
• Assist guests with door lock and in‑room safe problems.
• Respond to guest complaints and research effective solutions.
• Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required (hospitality preferred).
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to multi‑task.
• Must be a team player.
