Maintenance Coordinator - McCalla, AL

• Strong knowledge of maintenance concepts, including electrical, Hydraulic& Mechanical repairs
• Strong knowledge of PLC programs and trouble shooting.
• Ability to interpret Electrical and mechanical schematics / blueprints.
• Effective interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Able to multi task ( assist in trouble shooting on separate systems at the same time)
• Able to adapt and be self-driven.
• Development of Maintenance checks, training and work instructions.
• Computer programs i.e.: MS office, Excel, Word, And outlook
• Ability to drive Shop cleanliness in the 5s
• Able to work overtime and be available for after-hours support of the Maintenance Team.

• Employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds

• The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
• The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand
• The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted
