Janitor / Custodian
Schedule:
1st Shift, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Position Type:

This opportunity combines daily janitorial duties with basic building maintenance and offers the potential for long-term employment.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
-Clean and maintain facility areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and restocking supplies.
-Perform general building maintenance, including minor electrical and plumbing tasks, light replacement, recycling, and interior and exterior cleanup.
-Assist with office moves and relocations, including dismantling and assembling office cubicles.
-Receive, unpack, and organize supplies; perform basic preventive maintenance and other tasks to support efficient building operations. Required Skills & Experience
-High school diploma or GED.
-0-2 years of related experience in janitorial services, building maintenance, or a similar role.
-Ability to perform basic manual work and preventive maintenance tasks using general industrial equipment.
-Ability to lift 50-100 pounds, with reliable attendance and a positive attitude. Preferred Skills & Experience
-Previous experience performing routine facility maintenance, including minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
