PENDING CONTRACT AWARD Role Summary
Manages onboarding, training, and access compliance for all contractor personnel, ensuring timely CAC issuance, system access, and completion of mandatory training.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate DSS onboarding cohorts and Basic Course scheduling
- Manage CAC/eQIP sequencing and installation access tracking
- Maintain training curricula, records, and compliance dashboards
- Ensure 30-day training and annual refresher completion
- Experience managing DoD training and access programs
- Strong coordination and compliance tracking skills
