Position SummaryThe Director of Operations will oversee the daily operations of the business, lead a team of six direct reports, and ensure the organization continues to scale effectively while maintaining exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
This role is highly focused on operations, people leadership, production scheduling, customer relationships, and organizational growth. Financial accounting expertise is not required, as this is not a finance-focused position.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of six direct reports.
- Oversee daily business operations and workflow management.
- Manage employee relations, staffing, and leadership initiatives.
- Coordinate production scheduling and operational execution.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer communications, including pricing discussions and project updates.
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement efforts.
- Support strategic growth initiatives while maintaining strong organizational culture.
- Foster accountability, communication, and team performance across the organization.
Required
- Leadership and management experience with direct supervisory responsibility.
- Experience leading teams, departments, or a smaller organization.
- Strong people management and communication skills.
- Ability to make decisions confidently and lead in a dynamic environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable interacting directly with customers and discussing pricing and project requirements.
Preferred
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- Engineering background.
- Experience with production scheduling and operational planning.

- Base Salary:
Approximately $160,000+ (flexible based on experience and market conditions) - Annual Performance Bonus:
Up to 20% - Total Compensation Potential:
