Minster Bank in Dayton, Alabama, is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to help achieve profit and customer service goals within bank policies. In this role, you will supervise Relationship staff, serve as a backup to the Branch Manager, and ensure that customer needs are met through effective communication and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, a broad knowledge of bank products and services, and solid regulatory knowledge. This full-time position requires in-person presence during day shifts, Monday through Friday, and some Saturday mornings.
