Assistant Manager – Location
Tuscaloosa, AL (109 University Mall Sp C-7)
SalaryHourly: $20.00–$15.00;
Yearly: $45,000–$65,000 (varies by position and experience)
- Works productively and supervises restaurant colleagues to ensure they perform their job responsibilities, driving customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Leads teams in the absence of the General Manager, stepping into the Manager role as needed.
- Manages daily operations, staff scheduling, and performance, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Assists the General Manager with executing the restaurant plan and achieving objectives.
- Maintains a positive and high‑performing environment, motivating staff and driving improved performance.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Open positions include Assistant Manager, Assistant Shop Manager, and Assistant General Manager. Roles are full‑time with flexible scheduling including days, evenings, overnight, and weekends.
