• Compensation: $71,335.76 Annually Fixed Rate plus $5,000 retention bonus
• Work Environment: Onsite in either Bloomington, Seymour or Evansville

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM EST, management of triage on-call rotation, NO weekends
• Travel Requirement: Approximately 70% travel, primarily throughout Southern Indiana, including Evansville, Seymour and Bloomington, though some overnight travel may be required

The Nursing Services Manager is responsible for the Wellness Coordination program as well as supervising and managing nursing operations in a select area. This position develops and monitors the oversight of medical policies and procedures used within Dungarvin and ensures they meet all licensing requirements. The Nursing Services Manager will assure that each individual receives quality, individualized health care management resulting in optimal health.

• Develop, manage, and grow the Wellness Coordination services.
• Effectively supervise and manage the nursing staff.
• Ensure the completion and/or review of the Wellness Assessment, Risk Mitigation Tool, and Wellness Plan for each individual receiving Wellness Coordination services.
• Ensure face-to-face visits are occurring and documented as outlined in the DDRS Wellness Coordination Guide.
• Provide leadership and direction in promoting the concepts set forth in the organization’s mission, policies and procedures.
• Assure consistency and quality of health care services for people receiving Dungarvin services.
• Act as a resource to area directors, program directors and nursing staff regarding medical issues, rules, and regulations that govern medical care in the programs.
